ISO/IEC 15504 assessments
Novotis have extensive experience in assessing companies developing a wide range of products with embedded software in the automotive domain. We have broad experience in software, hardware and system development using both traditional and agile methods. Mats Ramnefors is an INTACS Principal Assessor for Automotive SPICE.
Quality system development
Novotis has developed complete quality systems covering software, hardware, system, safety and organizational aspects for several global companies. We work towards the established standards in the domain like TS16949, ISO1554 and ISO 26262 and tailor the quality system to the companies strengths and needs.
Support for process improvement
We support in-house process improvement efforts. We strive to act as coaches and limit our involvement to keep ownership of the change within the organization. We use small informal assessments as a method to measure progress.
In house training and workshops
We provide in-house general training on ISO15504 and ISO26262. We also arrange workshops on specialized topics like: requirements analysis, test strategies, designing safe systems, tools for lean software development. A Typical Assignment
An assignment may start with an initial informal assessment of 3 – 4 days.
The outcome of the assessment would be a prioritized improvement program which would address issues in “waves” with a length of 2 – 3 months.
The complete change effort may take between one and two years. During that period Novotis will provide support and do small informal assessments will be used to judge progress.
In-house training and workshops will be used to develop knowledge and capabilities in key areas.
